Constructive process adds value

Reduction of waste and customer satisfaction are the benefits

The construction industry has gone through profound changes in management methods used. The system being introduced by homebuilders aiming at the improvement of services and quality of products is the Lean Construction.

This system is being widely used in construction based on the reduction of inventory and costs, to the quality assurance of final product and respect for people. This system is a method that has as main objective to eliminate waste, in full respect of all elements of production that only increase costs without adding value.

Lean thinking is a way to increasingly less, i.e. less human effort, less equipment, less time and less space and bring increasingly offer customers exactly what they want. Thus, the Lean System has been used by Alliance Ventures as a competitive differentiator. The need for change in productive systems of the company is through increasing level of customers ' requirement with respect to quality and to deadlines for completion of the work.

Lean teaches the reuse and stock control, aiming to eliminate wasted time, waste and material. "This system brought at a greater transparency of processes and communication between employees combatible, avoiding idleness and streamlining services", explains Maria Aparecida.

An activity used in operations of the Alliance is masonry rationalised, which is the Organization of construction processes, using a logical sequence and resulting final customer satisfaction with product quality, meet deadlines and cleaning works.
