Quality is paramount in the work of the Alliance

The concern about the formation and maintenance team is great in business. Actions such as training and integration are paramount to the smooth functioning of the internal business processes.

Alliance Enterprises is going through a time of very rapid growth and now has four projects under construction, three in the city of Joao Pessoa and Natal. This increase forces the formation of an integrated team, qualified to meet the demanding customers that are part of the company.

Weekly, the managers of engineers works meet with the technical manager with the aim of promoting integration between them and resolve any problems that occur in some of the works. These meetings also help in the standardization of services, making the final products with an unbeatable quality.

"I always figured that everyone can make contributions to the smooth progress of works. Therefore, I felt the need to meet with the engineers. In addition, each week, one of the managers is responsible for giving a lecture on a subject the applicant to constructive processes of our works, "says Maria Aparecida, technical manager of the Alliance.

Another novelty introduced in these meetings was the use of technology. Since meetings are weekly and our team is also set at Christmas, they are transmitted via skype for the effective participation of engineer Lycia.

"We are very pleased with the progress that we use this technological tool to assist in our meetings. Greatly facilitated the interaction and allows integration with other engineers responsible for building works for Christmas, "says Aparecida.
