Alliance begins to work on Vivant Residencial
Alliance Construction Company started the movement at the construction site of Vivant Residential in Lagoa Nova.
The project will occupy an area of 4,600 square meters, with access by Prudente de Morais and Rua Coronel José Gonçalves (lane of Amyntas Barros).
Vivant Residential is already 50% sold and starts a new phase of commercialization with a targeted release. "We are focusing on specific audiences, professionals from the fields who care about health and quality of life, opting for a media targeted to this audience," adds Licia Clark, engineer responsible for the company in Natal.
In the second semester of 2010, Alliance launches another apartment complex called Terraço das Dunas in Tirol and delivers Bosque das Dunas, a case of successful sales where 48 apartments were sold in 87 days.
