Headquartered in the city of João Pessoa, the Group is also present in some cities in ParaÃba and Rio Grande do Norte. The companies that comprise the Alliance work for over 20 years in the real estate acquisition, presenting a consolidated picture due to the success of sales, quality and compliance with deadlines for delivery of works.
On the market since 2006, the ALLIANCE is the result of the strategic alliance among the constructors HM, Marino, MB, Christmas and Northeast Construction. The building was born of the necessity of union to compete with national firms, since the opening of the capital, seeking new markets for expansion.
The Alliance wants to contribute to the growth of industry in the Northeast of incorporation, adopting strategies that lead to idealization of architectural projects with innovative concepts, aiming to meet the needs of customers, employees and business partners, as well as the sustainable development of the organization.
According to one of the directors of Alliance, Stela Queiroga at the time of opening of the construction market was in strong growth, mainly by the arrival of new incorporated, both domestic and foreign. “Our greatest difficulty at that time was the creation of a professional able to handle a larger number of enterprises, as well as large buildings,” noted.
